Abstract
In the present study First Order Derivative Spectroscopic Method was developed for the estimation of Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate (DAP) and Metoprolol Succinate (MET) which was used in combined ratio of (1: 5) for treatment of patient suffering with Heart Failure.[1]. The method for DAP and MET was found to be linear over the range of 2-6 μg/ml and 10-30 μg/ml respectively. The estimation of DAP was done at ZCP of MET (209 nm) and MET was done at the ZCP of DAP (216 nm). The method validated for different validation parameter such as Linearity, Accuracy, Precision, LOD, LOQ and the results were found to be within the acceptance limit as per the guideline of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Q2(R2) specifications.
