The general objective of this study was to determine the significance of 21st century skills and leadership potential as predictors of civic engagement among college students. Using descriptive-correlational design specifically regression analysis, the data from 125 college students selected through convenient sampling revealed that the 21st century skills and leadership potential variables both have a positive significant influence on civic engagement by 64.7%, affirming the Transformative Learning theory. Other variables not covered in the study may be explored to trace the 36.3% variance in the criterion variable. Further, the value of civic engagement may be enhanced by educational institutions to contribute the attainment of SDG 4.
