Colorectal cancer (CCR) is the third most common cancer worldwide in men and women, the second largest cause of death related to cancer, and the main cause of death in gastrointestinal cancer. In this review, we describe the stages, diagnosis, sign & symptoms, risk factors and drug therapy of some antibodies used to treat the colon cancer. Presently, the monoclonal antibodies most frequently used in the treatment of colorectal tumours are bevacizumab, cetuximab, panitumumab, and ramucirumab.zgr [keywords] => Colonoscopy, Biopsy, Blood Test, Colon Cancer, Colorectal Tumours [doj] => 2025-12-13 [hit] => [status] => [award_status] => P [orderr] => 21 [journal_id] => 2 [googlesearch_link] => [edit_on] => [is_status] => 1 [journalname] => EPRA International Journal of Research & Development (IJRD) [short_code] => IJSR [eissn] => 2455-7838 (Online) [pissn] => - - [home_page_wrapper] => images/products_image/2-n.png ) Error fetching PDF file.
