Pradarari Loha is a classical Ayurvedic herbo mineral formulation described in Bhaishajya Ratnavali under Pradararoga Chikitsa Prakarana. It is traditionally indicated in the management of pradara disorders, including śhweta pradara (abnormal vaginal discharge) and rakta pradara (dysfunctional uterine bleeding), which are attributed to doṣa vitiation, dhātu kṣaya, and impaired hemostasis.
