Abstract
Organizational change is an essential process that enables organizations to adapt to evolving business environments and improve operational efficiency. The present study focuses on evaluating organizational changes and analyzing their impact on staff productivity. The study examines different types of organizational changes such as technological advancements, structural modifications, leadership transitions, and improvements in the work environment.
The research is based on primary data collected from 120 employees using a structured questionnaire. Descriptive research design and percentage analysis were used to analyze the responses. The findings reveal that most employees perceive technological and leadership changes positively, which contributes to improved work efficiency, motivation, and productivity. However, the study also indicates that organizational changes sometimes lead to increased workload and communication challenges among employees.
The study concludes that organizational changes have a significant influence on staff productivity. Effective communication, proper training, and supportive leadership are essential factors for successful implementation of organizational change. Organizations that manage change effectively can improve employee performance and overall productivity.
