A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Abstract
Employee engagement has emerged as a key driver of organizational success in the modern business environment. This study aims to examine the level of employee engagement and its impact on employee performance. Engaged employees are more committed, motivated, and productive, which contributes to improved organizational outcomes. The research adopts a descriptive design and collects primary data from 200 respondents using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, correlation, chi-square, and regression are used to analyze the data. The findings indicate a strong positive relationship between employee engagement and performance. The study suggests that organizations should focus on improving engagement through effective leadership, communication, and recognition systems to enhance employee productivity and overall performance.
