Abstract
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is one of the most important business functions in modern organizations. It involves the planning, coordination, and management of activities related to sourcing, procurement, production, transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods and services. SCM helps organizations improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain competitiveness in the global market. Effective supply chain management ensures that products reach customers at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right place. In today’s globalized business environment, companies rely heavily on advanced logistics and supply chain systems to manage their operations efficiently.
