This study analyses the financial performance and growth of selected NBFC companies in Pollachi, namely Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance, Shriram Finance, Bajaj Finance, and Five-Star Business Finance during the period 2020–2025. The study evaluates profitability, liquidity, solvency, and operational efficiency using ratio analysis. Secondary data were collected from annual reports, journals, company websites, and financial portals. The findings reveal that most NBFC companies maintained stable growth, strong profitability, and effective financial management despite economic fluctuations. The study concludes that NBFCs play an important role in supporting financial services and economic development in Pollachi.
