Abstract
The article provides information on the activities of congress of people’s representatives of All Khorеzm and All Bukhara, who determined the main milestones of the political, socio-economic and cultural development of Khorеzm People Soviet Republic and Bukhara People Soviet Republic from 1920 to 1924.
