    [abstract] => The chemical components and their pharmacological effects of Hedyotis herbacea Willd were compiled. Anthraquinones, terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids, organic acids, and polysaccharides are all recognised components of this plant. Hedyotis herbacea Willd has been shown to exhibit a range of pharmacologically significant properties, including anticancer, anti-inflammatory, immunostimulatory, antioxidative, neuroprotective, and hepatoprotective, cytotoxic, antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant ones.
