FISCAL POLICY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF UZBEKISTAN: EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

Abstract
Fiscal policy plays a key role in ensuring sustainable economic growth and social development. This paper examines successful fiscal policy models in developing countries and their possible adaptation in Uzbekistan. Special attention is paid to progressive taxation, incentives for employment and investment, human capital expenditures, and targeted social support. Below is a summary table with examples and data from the experience of developing countries in the four key areas of fiscal policy, as well as brief conclusions for Uzbekistan.
