A STUDY OF HR AUDIT AMONG THE EMPLOYEES OF SELECTED BANKS OF MADHYA PRADESH

Abstract
This study examines the impact of HR Audit on employee performance in selected banks of Madhya Pradesh. Focusing on key HR functions such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement, the research employs a stratified random sampling method with primary data collected through structured questionnaires. Statistical tools including correlation and regression analysis are used to test hypotheses. Findings reveal a significant positive relationship between HR audit practices and employee performance across all variables, highlighting HR audits as a strategic tool for enhancing workforce efficiency, motivation, and overall organizational effectiveness in the banking sector
