After a prolonged 34years, Indian Education System is kindled again by the touch of NEP 2020. According to this policy the main motto of this system is to boost up humanity within mankind as well as nurture the pupils in such a way so they can ponder in a scientific way and this education system will also make them ingenious to create something unique. The goal of this system is not only to exacerbate the knowledge but also to build a firm and profound character along with comprehensive development. NEP 2020 considers the teachers and parents as an idealistic role model for the society. This policy has suggested several recommendations to enhance the innovative quality of teachers and it has also added that teachers are the soul of the whole education system. By adopting new transformative holistic, learner centred, discussion based, enjoyable, inquiry driven, flexible, etc., pedagogical approaches, teachers can ensure holistic development of their students. Each child or student has his own talent, and parents should avoid comparing him to other children. In today's competitive age, it is important to have better emotional relationships with children.
