The main aim of the study was to scientifically validate the immuno modulatory effect of Yashada bhasma. Yashada bhasma, prepared as per Rasatarangini, was subjected to screening of immuno modulatory effect using five experimentl parameters. The parameters used were carrageenan induced paw edema , forced swimming induced stress, Cyclophosphamide induced neutropenia & leucopenia, Milk induced leucocytosis & Estimation of free radical generation showed significant results in all the parameters.
