Abstract
This study examines the relationship between employee wellbeing and organizational performance. It highlights how factors like job satisfaction, mental health, and work-life balance positively influence productivity, retention, and overall business success. Using survey data and performance metrics, the research finds a strong correlation between high employee wellbeing and improved organizational outcomes. The study recommends that organizations prioritize wellbeing to enhance performance and long-term sustainability.
