This research examines the vital interconnection between student learning achievement and the models adapted by the school management in distributing resource allocation across diverse systems of education from varied continents around the world. The study reveals a solid connection between efficient and equitable distribution of resources and improved achievement of student learning. While the identified approaches, strategies and models to managing resources vary across the regions (e.g., data-driven models in Europe, collaborative models in the US, culturally sensitive models in Africa), the steady finding highlights the vital role of resource allocation in strategic way and effective utilization in cultivating high educational quality and guaranteeing impartial access to quality education.
