Abstract
The article examines the clinical effectiveness of a personalized approach to postoperative rehabilitation of newborns with congenital intestinal obstruction (CIO). The aim of the study was to compare the indicators of clinical and functional status, nutritional support and metabolic balance in patients who received individualized rehabilitation with traditional management schemes. It was found that the use of personalized programs that take into account the nature of surgery, metabolic features and nutritional needs contributes to a more rapid restoration of intestinal function, a decrease in the incidence of complications and an improvement in the overall somatic status. The data obtained substantiate the need to introduce personalized rehabilitation protocols in neonatal surgery.
