THE IMPACT OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT ON YOUTH: A ROADWAY TO SOCIAL MOBILITY

Abstract
Improving social mobility and lowering inequality require accessible education and appropriate skill development. People from marginalized backgrounds can obtain the necessary information, skills, and competencies to engage in the workforce and improve their socioeconomic standing by having equal and inexpensive access to high-quality education and skill training. Inclusive education with skill development Project-based learning Mentorship programs stakeholder circulated vocational training soft skills development Technological integration of Skill Development through inclusive education can help to youth: gain the skills and the confidence they need to succeed, in their chosen careers and personal lives. In this paper, we find a link among Inclusive education, capacity building and social mobility.
