Abstract
In today’s fast-paced academic environment, students often experience high levels of stress due to academic pressure, personal expectations, and social challenges. This study focuses on the effect of stress management techniques on student well-being. The main objective of the research is to understand how different stress management methods such as meditation, time management, physical exercise, and relaxation techniques help students reduce stress and improve their overall well-being. The study is based on primary data collected from students through questionnaires. It examines the level of stress among students, their awareness of stress management techniques, and how frequently they use these methods in their daily lives. The findings suggest that students who regularly practice stress management techniques experience lower stress levels, better concentration, and improved emotional stability. The study concludes that effective stress management plays an important role in enhancing students’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It also highlights the need for creating awareness and encouraging students to adopt healthy coping strategies to manage stress effectively. Overall, the research emphasizes that proper stress management can lead to a healthier and more balanced student life.
