Abstract
The representation of numbers varies according to the base (radix) used in a numeral system. This paper presents a theoretical framework for understanding numbers under base variation, focusing on positional representation, base conversion, and algebraic properties. It demonstrates that while the symbolic representation of numbers changes with base, their intrinsic value remains invariant. The study also highlights the importance of base systems in modern computational and mathematical applications.
