Abstract
Recruitment and selection are critical human resource management functions that determine the quality of employees hired in an organization. In the healthcare sector, the effectiveness of recruitment and selection practices directly influences service quality, patient satisfaction, and organizational performance. This study evaluates the recruitment and selection practices adopted at MIOT International Hospital. The research aims to analyze the recruitment sources, selection procedures, and effectiveness of hiring strategies implemented in the organization. The study focuses on identifying strengths and limitations in the recruitment process and examining their impact on employee performance and retention. A descriptive research design is used, and both primary and secondary data sources are considered. The conceptual framework explains how recruitment practices influence hiring quality and employee outcomes such as performance, satisfaction, and retention. The findings highlight the importance of structured recruitment policies, transparent selection procedures, and technological integration in human resource management. The study suggests that effective recruitment and selection practices help hospitals attract qualified professionals, improve workforce efficiency, and enhance patient care quality.
