This paper examines how Shakti Yojana, a free bus travel program that offers bus services to women in Karnataka, has helped women in educational access and empowerment. The study uses the results of primary data consisting of 200 respondents who are distributed in rural, urban, and semi-urban regions to evaluate awareness, beneficiary coverage, and educational outcomes using the percentage and Chi-square analysis. The results of awareness (92.5%) and coverage of the beneficiaries (85%) are high, and access to educational institutions, regular attendance, and mobility of women have increased significantly. Statistical outcomes verify that there is a close relationship between the status of beneficiaries and improvement of attendance. The research puts a conclusion that Shakti Yojana is a major boost to education continuity and social-economic empowerment of women.
