Abstract
This study examines the role of State Bank of India (SBI) Customer Service Points (CSPs) in promoting financial inclusion among rural women in Kerala. While awareness levels for services like account opening and government schemes are moderate to high, actual usage remains largely occasional, primarily focused on withdrawals. Statistical analysis reveals that age, education, and income significantly influence how women interact with CSPs. The findings highlight a strong positive correlation between awareness and usage, suggesting that while CSPs have improved banking access and financial independence, more targeted efforts are needed to convert basic awareness into regular financial participation.
