ESTABLISHING A RETAIL CLOTHING STORE: A STUDY ON CHALLENGES, STRATEGIES, AND BUSINESS SUCCESS

Abstract
This study examines the process of establishing a retail clothing store with a focus on challenges, consumer behavior, and strategic success factors. The research identifies key determinants such as location, pricing, customer preferences, competition, and inventory management. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 110 respondents. The findings reveal that product variety, pricing, and store location significantly influence customer decisions. The study concludes that a successful retail clothing business requires a balance of quality products, competitive pricing, and effective customer engagement strategies.
