Abstract
This study empirically analyzes the relationship between sanogenic behavior and academic stress among students using a regression approach. Sanogenic behavior is treated as the dependent variable, while academic stress is the main independent variable. Additionally, social support, resilience, and self-control are included as control variables in the model. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire among university students. The regression results indicate that academic stress has a significant negative effect on sanogenic behavior, while resilience and self-control mitigate this effect. The model’s explanatory power (R² = 0.49) confirms its statistical validity. The findings provide practical implications for developing stress management strategies and enhancing students’ psychological resilience.
