In this article, social opinion is an expression of the publics views of society and social unity on existence, life and events. Media centers rely on creative cooperation, support, dialogue of the public, socio-democratic functions of media centers: relying on public opinion, encouraging the public to creative cooperation and achieving its social activation are analyzed.
